Temperature-responsive materials are essential for adaptive soft actuators, thermal switches, and smart polymer systems. In this study, eutectic gallium-indium(EGaIn) liquid metal particles(LMPs) were synthesized by sonication in water, ethanol, and DMSO and their size distribution and dispersion stability were analyzed. Although the relative oxide fraction increased with decreasing particle size, melting behavior was governed primarily by particle diameter, consistent with the Gibbs-Thomson relation. Thermal analysis of PDMS@LMPs composites confirmed size-dependent melting points, demonstrating strong potential of LMP-based systems as practical temperature-responsive platforms.
