올림픽 TV중계방송 시청률 변동요인에 대한 제작전략에 관한 연구

초록

The purpose of this study is to understand the production strategies for the causes of changes in the TV broadcasting program rating of 2012 london olympic games and to analyze producers’ interpretation and their managing strategies. The study has been processed with the method of qualitative research and the data have been collected by depth interview as well as from SNS. The data have been selected by the information from text analyzing and the subject category related to causes of changes in the rating have been selected. Also, the strategies that the producers’ used have been interpreted by the subjects found during the analyzing progress. The study has been summarized as following. Firstly, the causes of changes in the program rating for the production process as a production strategy: broadcasting technology management and broadcasters accomplished with national broadcast, international signal production and 3D production at the same time which deliver the realistic selection of commentator and training appears as an important part, composition with story appeals to the audiences and increasing interest by introduction of new technology to sports broadcast and resolving curiosity by scientific approaching. Secondly, the view experience as a strategy for rating changes: leading program rating which leads the olympic boom, making issue with broadcasting of the opening ceremony, sincerity of casters and commentators, level of audition culture and strike of broadcast. These were production strategy for following affect the causes of changes in the program rating.
