광섬유 격자센서 내장형 소형 풍력발전기 날개 제작

초록
A FiberBraggGrating(FBG)sensorimbeddedsmallwindturbinebladewasmanufacturedtoexperimentally investigatethefeasibilitytoembedFBG sensorsbetweenlayersofglassfibertomonitordynamicstrainsofthe windturbineblade.Thebladewhichissimilartoacommercial300W windturbinebladewasmanufacturedwith glassfiberasareinforcementand epoxy resin asbasematerial.A totaloffiveFBG sensorsincluding one temperaturesensorwereimbeddedinthebladetosensemechanicalstrainandtemperature.Whilemanufacturing theblade,residualstrainandtemperaturethatoccurredinthesmallwindturbinebladeweremonitoredusingthe imbedded FBG sensorarray. To examine the sensorperformance,an impacttestwas carried out. The experimentalresultsfrom theFBG sensorswereclosetothosefrom electricalstraingagesmountedontheblade rootsurface.ThemodeshapesofthebladewereanalyzedalsousingacommercialAnsyssimulationwithamodel obtainedfrom athreedimensionallaserscanningoftheblade.
