지방자치단체의 안전관리계획 활용성 분석

초록

This paper analyzes the applicability of disaster management plan of local governments with the case of Chungcheongnamdo. Research methods used included: literature review, a survey method to local government officials and interviews for analytical hierarchy process(AHP). This study empirically investigates local disaster management plans in three categories: validity of planning procedures, validity of contents and applicability of plan. Results from this study shows that the existing planning process of disaster management plan should be improved in planning process, contents of plan, and use of plan. In addition, it should be noted that local disaster management linked with spatial planning can be useful in reflecting localities of each municipalities and enhance the applicability of the plan.
