Bio-drone Platform for Based GBM Diagnosis and Treatment: Current and Future Prospects

초록

Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is one of the most aggressive and devastating brain cancers, characterized by rapid tumor growth and resistance to conventional therapies. Despite advancements in surgical resection, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy, GBM remains incurable, with poor patient prognosis. Recent advancements in nanobiotechnology have introduced new strategies for the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of GBM, including the use of nanobiological drones. These bioengineering systems, which integrate nanotechnology with drone platforms, hold promise to revolutionize GBM management through targeted therapy, real-time monitoring, and efficient drug delivery. This paper provides an overview of the principles, recent developments, and potential applications of nanobiological drone systems in GBM diagnosis and therapy, highlighting key challenges, ethical considerations, and future directions in this rapidly evolving field.
