한-EU FTA의 원산지인증수출자제도 사례연구 -품목별 원산지인증수출자를 중심으로-

초록

This research is case study of Each item Origin Approved Exporter(AMOS company) of a Korea-EU FTA in Korea. Study finding, this study proposed 4 improvement for Approved Exporter System in Korea. First, the Korea Customs Administration must introduce Standard Approved Exporter System to enhance practical use of this System. Second, the Korea Customs Administration must enhance contiguity for Approved Exporter System to reduce Spaghetti bowl phenomenon. Also, the Korean Government should concentrates on post management about Approved Exporter. Third, the Korea Customs Administration must reeducate exporting company person opening course of study about FTA-PASS program in charge regularly. Forth, The Korea Customs Administration must operate Approved Exporter System by negative method that do minimum regulation. And the Korea Customs Administration will have to consider plan that impose penalty to solidify post management of Approved Exporter.
