판교테크노밸리 입주기업의 기업지원 만족도 분석

Pangyo Techno Valley has secured government supports and outstanding workforce, created a cluster ofcompanies, formed a good network, had easy access to the market, and equipped with research centers. With such benefits, Pangyo Techno Valley is considered an appropriate place for technological industrycomplex. As such, this study looks into and analyzes satisfaction of companies in the Valley for thepurpose of seeking alternatives for its enhanced function and establishing proper facilities in the future. As for the environment, satisfaction level of the companies is found high, particularly for neighborhoodliving facilities. But for residential environment and management service system, respondents show highrates of "dissatisfaction" and "neutral". With regards to technical service, "neutral" is the highest. Supportingprogram and cultural art program receive satisfaction while management supporting program, informationexchanges between companies, and supporting training programs are regarded as just "neutral". This study is meaningful as it analyzes empirically characteristics of companies in the Pangyo TechnoValley and their satisfaction. However, there is a limit in investigating the level of satisfaction regardingunique characteristic of each company, the number of staffs, or each facility. We hope this study would beused to identify needed facilities or characteristics of companies or to improve existing supportingprograms.
