If these stochastic events are said to affect the consumption of beef to the risk, BSE, we focus our discussion on the result that the probability of the consumption estimated by logistic regression is 38.5%. By adopting this result, we may estimate utility function of beef safety and Risk Aversion attitude. It is possible to show that comparative static result of in risk Aversion is estimated to be riskavoider for utility function. this could provide the basis for further development of useful ideas on risk analysis and management of farm to table in the beef.
