This study presents RF induction sintering based on the metal-insulator transition (MIT) of zirconia, which becomes conductive near 1400 degrees C. Internal eddy currents enable 40-minute densification, achieving 186.8 MPa flexural strength and demonstrating clinical potential over conventional sintering.
