관광웹사이트와 비관광웹사이트의 플로우 경험구조 비교

초록

In spite of many emerging researches on the website nowadays, the area on the experiences of the tourist-purpose website still remains a ‘less traveled’ one. This paper examines the differences in the experience structure between tourist-purpose and nontourist-purpose website users by applying the flow concept. Authors presumed that the structure of flow experience between tourist and non-tourist website users would be differentiated by the characteristics of the website and of users. However, empirical investigation reveals that there is no significant difference statistically in the structure between the two experimental groups. This result implies that there is not any significant difference in attributes between the two websites.
