초록

This study refers to examination in relationship of participatory motivation, leisure commitment, leisure satisfaction and living satisfaction in cultural leisure programs at local community center. The purpose of this study was to extend and promote user base of cultural leisure programs at local community center, and suggest basic academic materials through new insight into phenomena. To meet the goals, this study sampled total 206 persons(male and female) from users attending local community cultural center and they were asked to join a questionnaire survey. Here, a statistic program called SPSS 12.0 was used to conduct reliability analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's post-hoc test, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The significance level of all statistic data was set at ⍺=.05. As a result, these analyses came to the following conclusions: First, It was found that demographic variables had firsthand effects on participatory motivation, leisure commitment, leisure satisfaction and living satisfaction in cultural leisure programs at local community center. Second, It was found that there were more or less correlations among participatory motivation, leisure commitment, leisure satisfaction and living satisfaction in cultural leisure programs at local community center. Third, It was found that the characteristics of participatory motivation in cultural leisure programs at local community center had firsthand effects on leisure commitment and living satisfaction, but didn't have direct effects on leisure satisfaction.
