체육계 고교생들의 운동영역에 따른 자아지각 및 생활적응의 관계

초록

This study purports to examine the relation of self-perception and life adaptation according to the sports major of physical education high school. Specifically, this study sets an objective of laying the foundation for development of self-perception and life adaptation of physical education high school students, with the basis and argument of social-demographic characteristics and sports major of the students having influence on self-perception and life adaptation. The subjects of this study were 5 physical education high schools chosen out of 12 throughout the nation, each selected randomly. The sample of 863 male/female students participating in individual, competitive, and group sports were extracted by stratified cluster random sampling. After collecting the completed questionnaires, duplicates, uncompleted surveys, and questionnaires lacking reliability were excluded from the data; only the valid samples were coded according to the index. The coded data was individually input in the computer, and processed for the purpose of this study, by using Windows SPSS 10.0. By implementing the analysis methods above, the following results were obtained. The sports field was having influence over self-perception. By analyzing the differences of sports field and self-perception of physical education high school students, the result of competitive sports(M=2.9638), competitive sports(M=2.9267), and group sports (M=2.8898) were obtained. It appeared to have influence on the field of sports in physical capability and social acceptance. The sports field was discovered to have influence on life adaptability. By analyzing the differences of sports field and life adaptability of physical education high school students, the result of competitive sports(M=3.3631), group sports(M=3.2881), individual sports(M=3.2636) were obtained. It appeared to have influence on the field of sports in home adaptation and school adaptation.
