자연휴양림 이용자 특성에 따른 고객만족도 연구

초록

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to analysis customer satisfaction based on user's characteristic of recreational forest. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study was focused on survey analysis. The data for this analysis were collect from the questionnaire. This questionnaire consisted of factors of user's satisfation measurement in recreational forest. Especially this study used to the independent-samples t test analysis and the analysis of variance(ANOVA). (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS In the results of this survey, there were user satisfaction differences based on their characteristic and behavior. 2. RESULTS This study suggest to operate low price and to develop various program for the recreational forest. This study offers two alternatives to improve the recrational forest. 1) It is suggested developing various program for teenager 2) Forest landowners should provide service at low price to meet the user demand.
