초록

Korean rural communities are losing their places to stand in because of aging, hollowization, and weakened agricultural competitiveness, and alternative measures for this are in urgent need. The purpose of this study is to predict problems and solutions subsequently occurred from the activation of community business in Korean rural tourism areas through the investigation of case studies in Japan and the survey of the experts and seek to find developmental measures of community business in Korea. From this study, it can be found that local residents need to plan and develop businesses for the development of Korean community businesses, establish political and systemic structures of the central and local governments to support these businesses, establish goals for regional activation and happiness for local residents, foster leaders and talents who can increase the capacity of the residents and the region, and establish equal cooperative systems with various subjects.
