중국의 수출채소농업에 관한 고찰

초록

As production of fresh agricultural products has been changed from land growing to green house growing, the quality of the products has been improved, and vegetable export by China has been influencing to agriculture in Korea. The purpose of the study is to seek plans to the export of China. Case studies were main tools for the study. The case study was focused on general situation of vegetable production for export, export firms and farms that exports vegetable to Japan in Shengdong in China. Major founding was as follow. Export countries were mainly neighbor countries like Japan. China has strong point in low logistic cost. China vegetable export has competitive power in fresh vegetable and processed vegetable among various vegetable. Export firms had farms under direct management as production bases. The firms secured quantity by contract production with farms. A few plans were suggested to vegetable farming in Korea, like high quality of products, considering of food safety, cost down form from scale, and contract farming with agricultural cooperative.
