초록

The purpose of this study is to clarify the structural relationship between the golf academy leader's authentic leadership, player satisfaction, trust, and performance. To this end, using the convenience sampling method, frequency, reliability, correlation, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model analysis were conducted on 383 employees of five golf courses located in Gangwon-do for one month in May 2025 using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 21.0. As a result, first, it was found that all four sub-factors of authentic leadership had a significant effect on trust in the relationship between authentic leadership and trust. Second, in the relationship between authentic leadership and player satisfaction, relational transparency, self-awareness, and balanced information processing showed a significant effect, but the internalized moral perspective was not statistically significant. Third, in the relationship between authentic leadership and performance, relational transparency, self-awareness, and balanced information processing were significant, but the internalized moral perspective was not. Finally, in the mediating role of trust and satisfaction, both trust and satisfaction were found to have a significant effect on performance.
