중국 전자통관시스템 활용과 제고방안에 관한 연구

초록

This paper clarifies the problems of the electronic customs clearance system and suggests a way to maximize the utilization and service of electronic customs clearance system of China by studying previous studies, related data and the policies in foreign countries. The followings are the summarization of the suggestions:First, for completion and improvement of the 'e-customs' system, we advance the system application with the expansion of 'china e-port' system. Second, the Customs Service meets the unique business, so you need to earn the support of China Telecom Industry. Third, we have a systematic training program, to develop and modify the new china e-port management methods, to research and develop the standardized system of electronic document clearance. Fourth, the internet EDI should be able to meet the international standard to realize the single-window.
