SCOPUS
0초록
The purpose of this study is to increase multicultural acceptability in establishing strategies to understand other cultures and cultural acceptance, and to provide basic data for discussion-based education program development. This study sought to identify the relationship between cultural capability, empathic ability, self-efficacy, and self-respect. The data analysis was completed through SAS, which enables the objectivity of data values based on reliable data. A total of 235 valid samples were analyzed. The results indicated that cultural capability had a significant positive correlation with empathic ability (r=.239, p<001) and self-efficacy (r=.133, p= 042). Empathic ability had a significant positive correlation with self-efficacy (r=.239, p<.001) and self-respect (r=.224, p<.001). Finally, self-efficacy had a significant positive correlation with self-respect (r=.678, p<.001). Ultimately, for the convergence of a multicultural society and to increase its acceptance, a diverse range of education programs should be developed to help strengthen cultural capability in the future. © 2017 International Information Institute.
