Accurate ionization energies of p-, m-, and o-difluorobenzenes and vibrational frequencies of the corresponding cations measured by one photon VUV-MATI is presented. As such, results from quantum chemical calculations are reported which allowed successful vibrational assigments and explanation for other spectral features.
