퇴행성 관절염 노인의 수영프로그램 참여가 사회적응에 미치는 영향

초록

The purpose of this study is the effects on the social adjustment to participation in swimming program of the elderly with osteoarthritis. The survey questionaries were purpose of this study. Firstly, the elderly with osteoarthritis are partly differently aware of social adjustment as the socio-demographic characteristics? Secondly, the effects on the social adjustment to participation in swimming program? The data is sampled from the elderly with osteoarthritis in participating swimming program at random in a public health center S-city in Kangwon province. the number of sampled the elderly with osteoarthritis is a total of 240 elderly with less than 3 month(80), 3-6monthly(80) and more than 6month(80) participation in swimming program in control of osteoarthritis on subjects of this study were surveyed. For the purpose of this study, the data analysis were one-way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis. The response rate was 5 points on a likert scale. The scale was Cronbach's α .688-.831. The results of this survey are as follows: Firstly, the elderly with osteoarthritis are partly differently aware of social adjustment as the socio-demographic characteristics. In the age groups, The elderly who is more than sixties are shown high of the adjustment than seventies, or in living condition, the elderly who live with their one's children. and the elderly who live a decent life show impulsiveness in economy condition. secondly, the effects on the social adjustment to participation in swimming program of the elderly with osteoarthritis is partly influenced of the elderly with osteoarthritis. For example, when the elderly participation in swimming program is influenced at the social adjustment, influenced at the personal relations, adaptability, duties.
