일본 나가사키현의 식품안전 정책과 시사점

초록

Recent years consumers are very sensitive to food safety because of the animal diseases and food accidents. In Japan food safety control systems were changed to Risk Analysis System in 2003 after BSE. Also Japanese local governments have conducted various activities to take food safety in their regions. The purpose of this study is to introduce to the food safety system in Japanese local governments. Particularly this study focuses on the Nagasaki Prefecture, to search the characteristics of regional food safety system. This study will give some suggestions to Korean local governments to reinforce their food safety system.
