농촌 지역 주민참여형 구강보건사업의 성과와 지속가능성:RE-AIM/PRISM 모델 기반 질적연구*

초록

Objectives: This study evaluated the effectiveness of a community-based oral health program facilitated by a local health committee in Gang-won State. Methods: A qualitative study was conducted using focus group interviews based RE-AIM/PRSIM framework with 5 health committee members and 30 local residents. Data were analyzed through thematic analysis. Results: The health committee contributed to oral health education (e.g., tooth brushing, denture care), facilitated preventive services via mobile dental clinics (e.g., dental exams, scaling), and promoted communication and behavioral improvements among residents. Conclusions: Community-based oral health programs driven by health committee participation and mobile dental units effectively enhanced residents' oral health awareness and behavior.
