초록
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of acteu aerobic exercise intensity in brain function index and cognition. In this study, treadmill running was carerdi out for 10 healthy males until consume about 300kcal at 50%VO2max, 60%VO2max and 85%VO2max respectively. Blood-sampling was carried out three times(Rest, end of exercise, after 60min of recovery), and wit hthe collected blood, serum BDNF, NGF, TrkB and IGF-1 were analyzed. Also stroop color-word test performeda t same times as blood sampling. The r-e sults of study showd that the concentrations of serum BDNF, NG,F IGF-1, TrkB and stroop color-word tes t scores were significantly increased after acute aerobic exercise(p<.05). And the concentrations of BDNF and NGF in serum and Stroop color test score were significantly hhiger increased after 85%VO2max exercise than 50%VO2max exercise(p<.05). These results suggest that high intensity-exercise than olw-intensity exercise has more positive effects on cognitive functions by increasing the BDNF and NGF.
