초록

This paper explores the relationship between empowerment and team outcome in members of sports group. From questionnaire data on convenience sample of basketball team members(N=472). The finding from the reduced analysis of covariance, discriminant analysis and multiple regression analysis suggest that the correlates of the relative relationship between empowerment and team outcome in members of sport group. Results indicated that the meaning significant found the empowerment and team outcome. in members of sport group. For the empowerment and team outcome are partially different by the socio-demographic characteristics of members of sport group. For the empowerment of members of sport group is partially influence on Team outcome of sport group.
