비만인의 점증적 과부하에 의한 인슐린 농도와 항산화효소에 미치는 영향

초록
The purpose of this experiment was to recognize the influence of gradual overload for 8 weeks and what the specific influence was on insulin concentration and antioxidants according to the duration of the exercise routine. The subject of this experiment was university students who were obese. The subjects of this experiment were 12 male university students who had a minimum of 25% of % fat. They were divided into two groups. At the onset of the experiment the subjects executed a 50 minute work-out on a treadmill with an HRmax of 75%. Blood samples were taken prior to the exercise when the subject was stable as well as immediately following the work out. The blood was analyzed for insulin concentration and antioxidants. The aerobic exercise were executed for many hours, in comparison with the non-exercise-group, the exercise-group's insulin rates increased but their SOD and GXT rates decreased. The results of this experiment show that aerobics exercise effects insulin concentration and antioxidants. The reason is aerobics increases metabolism, lipolysis, muscles mass, rate of energy consumption. Therefore, aerobics that are executed for many hours increase energy consumption, so it prevents obesity which can lead to chronic disease. In conclusion, aerobics exercise is an effective method to maintain our good health.
