A Recursive Relation of the Queue Length Moments in the Discrete-Time Geo/Geo/1 and Geo/Geo/1/B Queues
초록
This note presents the recursive relations of the queue length moments in the discrete-time Geo/Geo/1 queue and finite buffer Geo/Geo/1/B queue, respectively. With the local balance equations governing the system, we provide an alternative and simple approach to derive the queue length moments instead of taking the derivatives of the probability generating function.
