전승교육과정의 실상과 문제점에 관한 일연구- 공예, 기술 분야를 중심으로 -

초록

A Study of Problems in the transmission training of Intangible Cultural Heritage -On the Traditional Artistic Crafts- Se-Gun Kim This study intends to analyze the status quo of transmission training and to improve the cultural policy through the point of view of the "human cultural property". They are expected to preserve and educate the traditional artistic craft that is a part of the intangible cultural heritage. Although the korean government has strived to designate and preserve many crafts and arts since 1962 when the cultural property protection law was promulgated, the major parts of traditional artistic crafts are at the point of disappearance because they do not successfully adjust in the new environment of commercialization. The result of study is as such: first, the policy considers intangible culture as the property in the point of view of cultural substantialism. This perspective disregards a proper sociocultural context. The policy has focused on the tangible cultural properties rather than the intangible cultural heritages. Therefore the policy has attached importance to the discovery, designation and preservation of intangible cultural heritage than it's transmission training and promotion enhancement. Second, human cultural properties have been considered as "pensioner" and do not have played a more significant role to preserve, educate, promote and create traditional culture. Rather they are in the controls and oppressions of government which is an important subject of cultural policy. In this process, both subjects have been suspicious to each other. It is necessary for both to recuperate confident relations for a new environment to promote and create intangible cultural heritages.
