초록

The monitoring data of concrete structures measured by Internet of Things (IoT) sensors is difficult to analyze because it is displayed in numbers that are not intuitive and difficult to understand. This study aims to improve the interpretability and monitoring effectiveness of IoT sensors for monitoring concrete structures by enhancing data visualization. The system makes it simple for users to see what's going on with concrete structures by turning numerical data into real-time time series graphs using 60-second frames, threshold settings, and trend analysis without interpreting the raw data separately. This method improves monitoring efficiency by providing immediate visual feedback on the concrete's status and changes in temperature, humidity, and pressure. The system's effectiveness was validated through wheel tracking tests on concrete specimens embedded with sensors, demonstrating its potential for real-time monitoring and maintenance of infrastructure. This method facilitates intuitive analysis of the status and changes in data for concrete infrastructure maintenance, enabling preventive maintenance practices by identifying causes of damage through trend analysis. This improved IoT-based monitoring approach is applicable to roads, bridges, tunnels, and other construction projects, promoting sustainable infrastructure management. © 2024 The Author(s)
