관형사 품사 통용어에 대한 고찰: 표준국어대사전 등재어를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to organize the conversion types, distribution of word types, and morphological characteristics of the conversion of the parts of speech, adnominals listed in the Standard Korean Language Dictionary and to reexamine the issues surrounding the parts of speech of adnominals. First, we examined the distribution of the word types of adnominals, revealing that some types have a high proportion of native Korean words. This distinguishes them from general adnominals, which are primarily Chinese characters and are not commonly used in part-of speech conversion. Second, The ‘X-jeok’ derivatives discussed as the conversion of parts of speech common to nouns and adnominals, the morphological structure is not limited to a combination of the noun root and the suffix ‘-jeok’, but there is also a structure of ‘prefix + X-jeok’. In particular, even when a Chinese character prefix with the same form and meaning appears in the derivatives of ‘-jeok’. Third, in the case of the conversion use of nouns and adnominals, we observed the adjectival nature of the derivatives of ‘X-jeok’ and confirmed that they are mainly used as a part of speech with adnominals that share the meaning and modifying function of these adjectives. Fourth, in the case of the conversion use of numerals and adnominals, this paper argues that they should be unified as one numeral because the meanings of the conversion use of numerals and adnominals in the Standard Korean Language Dictionary are similar.
