초록

According to adding mine residue as weight ratio (0 ~ 50wt.%) to blending soil of clay brick, the change of microstructure was observed and the physical, mechanical properties were measured. In case of 1,100℃, sintering shrinkage was reduced as increase in adding quantity of mine residues. On the other side, in case of 1,150℃ and 1,190℃, sintering shrinkage rate was rapidly increased with the addition quantity of mine residue. Eventually, in case of samples sintered at 1,150℃, absorption ratio reduced 7.4% to 1.7% and bulk density increased 2.119 ㎤/g to 2.269 ㎤/g in comparison with condition except to adding quantity 50wt.% of mine residue. Also, in proportion as increase in adding quantity of mine residue, mechanical strength gradually increased. The sample of adding quantity 40wt.% of mine residue showed compressive strength of the most excellent 47.0 MPa and bending strength of 8.3 MPa.
