무역관계법령 고찰을 통한 무역제도 개선에 관한 연구

초록

This study investigated problem of current trade system through survey and visit investigation. Improvement about current trade system and proposal are as following. First, Government must modify trade relation statute for export activation. Government must revise Foreign Trade Act. enforcement ordinance article 3 (Sphere of services) for this. Second, Government will have to modify origin system and Intellectual Property rights protectorate continuously for fair import/export maintain order. Third, Government will have to expand extent of zero rates application export target. Government must revise Value-Added Tax law article 11 and enforcement ordinance article 24 for this.
