초록

Spatially offset Raman spectroscopy of bilayer analytes results in complicated spectra from each component. To separate the respective spectrum, we applied generalized two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy (2DCOS) as a curve resolution method in comparison with principal component analysis and themultiple curve resolution-alternating least square method. Our results show that composite Raman spectra of analytes are resolved more clearly using 2DCOS than the other methods. We propose that 2DCOS improves the resolving capability using the out-of-phase information of spectral intensity variation as a function of offset.
