국내외 모듈러 건축물의 품질관리 연구 동향 분석에 관한 연구

초록

Although modular construction is a major trend in the domestic and international construction industry, there is a lack of domestic studies analyzed from the perspective of quality control and program management. Therefore, this paper analyzed domestic and international trends and cross-analyzed domestic and international characteristics based on the extensive literature on quality control in modular construction. The cross-analysis of this study was conducted by focusing on the increase and decrease by year, including published journals, and concluded that domestic and international studies have different focuses. In addition, it is judged that program management for domestic modular construction needs to be improved.
