경북내륙지역 여칸집의 주거공간 구성과 확장에 관한 연구

초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the residential space composition and extension of Yeokan-Jip in Kyungbuk inland regions. The results of this study are as follows. The fact that Yeokan-Jip is mixed with 一 type Hott-Jip(a house type with one-row rooms under one roof) of the southern districts and ㄱ type Hott-Jip of the central districts makes it appear that its origin is to be extended and transformed from the Hott-Jip. Yeokan-Jip′s entry way is the front entry to keep up with Hott-Jip′s entry way judging from the layout of space. Yeokan-Jip′s basic type is 一 type with six Kans(Kan, a unit to count room to divided with four posts), but the case of seven kans attached Magu(cowshed) is ㄱ type. The Sekyup-Jip(a house type with three-row rooms under one roof) of Yeokan-Jip shows apparently a square type to be extended residential space with two row rooms. Yeokan-Jip is developed into Kyup-Jip with front four or five Kans and side two Kans instead of being done into Nekyup-Jip(a house type with four-row rooms under one roof) because of insufficient lighting and ventilation of Sekyup-Jip. Yeokan-Jip has a tendency to remove Magu and Chikkan(toilet) from inner space.
