초록
The purpose of this study was to have group walk on a treadmill using Nordic pole walking and general walking for 30 minutes to see the degrees of changes in foot pressure. The subjects of this study 23 young adult males who voluntarily consented to participate in the study and had no disease history or any problem with walking. The subjects were divided into Nordic pole walking group of 11 subjects and general walking group of 12 subjects. The subjects in both groups were encouraged to face forward and walk in comfortable postures on the treadmill. The subjects in both groups did not wear any shoes during walking and the speed of the treadmill was set to the average of the speeds at which the subjects could comfortably walk in both groups. The foot pressure was measured three times. The mean value was calculated for the analysis. In the F3, F5, and R1 regions, the plantar pressure was significantly increased, but there was no significant difference foot regions. The results of this study indicating that plantar pressure was changed by nordic pole walking. It considered to make normal gait pattern on foot.
