초록
Three sitagliptin analogs with propan-2-amine backbone carbon chain and 1,2,3-triazole were synthesized andevaluated for their DPP-4 inhibitory activity against recombinant human DPP-4 enzyme. All the analogs exhibitedmoderate to strong inhibitory activities.
