한자어 경음화에 대한 연구- 표준국어대사전 한자어 분석을 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to examine and understand the non-phonological phenomenon of the glottalization of Sino-Korean words and morphemes in the PyojunGugeo Daesajeon. First of all, we collected Sino-Koreans that contain a chain of "ㄹ+ㄷ, ㄹ+ㅅ, ㄹ+ㅈ" through PyojunGugeo Daesajeon. the glottalization after 'ㄹ' occurs almost invariably in two-syllable words, and there are many exceptions in which no glottalization occurs in three-syllable words. In particular, in the case of three-syllable words containing the same sino-korean morpheme, glottalization may or may not occur. Depending on the speaker, the components of the sino-korean words may or may not be analyzed, so if the components are analyzed, the glottalization is not applied, and if the components are recognized as a single word that is not analyzed, the glottalization is applied. In addition, through PyojunGugeo Daesajeon, we confirmed and examined the list of sino-korean morphemes used as suffixes that are glottalized in non-phonological environments. As a result, these special sino-korean morphemes mainly can be classified into three categories, (i) sino-korean morphemes that are glottalized with almost no exceptions, (ii) sino-korean morphemes that are glottalized according to the number of syllables, (iii) sino-korean morphemes that are glottalized only when used in a specific meaning.
