초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate how to recycle mine residue as VOCs adsorbent. Mine residues, coffee sludge, sewage sludge are used as raw materials. Adsorbent was prepared under the condition of 500 ~ 800℃ reaction temperature, various mixing ratio of raw materials. Iodine and benzene adsorptivity were analyzed to evaluate adsorption characteristics. PVB and ZnCl₂were used as binder and activating agent, respectively. The optimum condition was reaction temperature 600℃, activation time 1hr and flow rate of O₂30 ml/mim. Benzene adsorptivity and BET value for adsorbent prepared were 300 mg/g and 385.9 m³/g, respectively. According to KSLT result for adsorbent leaching amounts of Pb, Cd and Cu were under the regulatory level.
