체육교사들의 건강증진행위와 건강상태가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the level of the health promotion behavior of physical education teachers and their quality of life. The subjects in this study were 544 teachers who were selected from a population of elementary and secondary teachers in Seoul, Gyeonggi province and Gangweon province. After the reliability and validity of the questionnaire used in the study were checked in detail to address the research questions of the study, frequency analysis was conducted to find out the general characteristics of the physical education teachers, and descriptive analysis and correlation analysis were implemented. To verify the hypotheses formulated in the study, AMOS was utilized, which was structural equation modeling. The level of significance was all set at p<.05. The findings of the study were as follows: As a result of investigating the goodness of the research model selected to determine the structural relationship among the health status of the physical education teachers, their health promotion behavior and quality of life, GFI and GFI of it were respectively .947 and .935, but its NFI and NNFI were .900 and .921 respectively, which were both above 0.9. Therefore the model turned out to be good. Its RMR and RMSEA were respectively .026 and .055, which showed that the goodness of the model was up to the standard. Accordingly, it's concluded that the research model was appropriate. As for connections between health promotion behavior and health state, the health promotion behavior of the teachers exerted a significant influence on their health status. In regard to links between health promotion behavior and the quality of life, their health promotion behavior had an impact on their quality of life. Finally, concerning the relationship between health state and the quality of life, their health state exerted an influence on the quality of life.
