신도시개발과정에서의 주민갈등의 특성

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to analyse local resident conflict trait in new city develpoment process and local resident to understand their requirements. (2) RESEARCH METHOD - - This study was focused on survey analysis. Data were gathered from local resident. Local residents were interviewed requirements and compensation issue. Especially this study used to the crosstabulation analysis. 2. RESULTS This study offers three alternatives to the conflict management in the new city development process. 1) Requires the participation of residents in the development process. 2) For a variety of ways to resolve the compensation issue is needed. 3) Conflicts management between local residents solution is needed.
