사회·문화 어메니티자원이 지역성장에 미치는 영향

초록

This research paper focused on influences of the cultural and social amenities on regional growth. OECD classifies amenities into three resources composed of almost intact nature, interaction between nature and man, and man-made amenities. To date the researches in association with amenities have been conducting in order to restore the rural areas which have been in alienation from the tangible capital driven growth. Unlike the previous studies paying attention to the natural amenities effects, the paper researched whether cultural and social amenities of a rural region make impacts on both the growth of population and GRDP and the growth of tourism industries. As results, we found that in the case region, first, landscape resources, historical resources and infra-facilities resources showed significant influences on the growth of population and GRDP. Secondly the rate of tourism related business took an impact from the landscape amenities resources, Otherwise, the rate of tourism related employment and the increase of tourists were influenced by infra-facilities resources. since the amenity resources have regional specific characteristics, the finding of this article should not be overgeneralized.
