스키지도자의 내부 조직 요인에 대한 가치관 분석

초록

Following is research topics which should be dealt with in order to achieve the objectives of this study: values of ski instructors toward their future, economic values of ski instructors, values in social life of ski instructors, social mind-set of ski instructors, behavioral values of ski instructors; physical values of ski instructors.The study selected 11 qualified instructors who are working in the P resort and have been recognized by the Korean Ski Instructors Association as research objects. In order to carry out cultural and technical study, the finding is acquired through field participatory observation and in- depth interview as major research method. When it comes to the future values of ski instructors, they showed positive attitudes toward moving into new resorts as they may get better treatment including promotion. In addition, about job change after the close of winter season, a majority of them were working as instructors in other sports fields. Regarding with economic values, they thought instructing is not appropriate for breadwinners in terms of pay and other benefits. Also they regarded a parent's present-giving practice toward teachers as not desirable. For values in social life, they understood frequent meetings or dinner with trainees would lower their status as instructors. Also, about club activities, they were as positive mentioning diverse ski-related information, benefits provided from clubs, expanded social network and improved skiing techniques which are to be attained from club activities.
