초록

β-Cyclodextrin (β-CD) polymer (PβCD) was prepared by reacting β-CD and Epichlorohydrin (EPI) at the molar ratio of 1:7 in a strong alkalic condition. And then, inclusion complex of PβCD and diaminobenzophenone (DABP, an alkalic aromatic compound) (DABP-PβCD) was prepared by dissolving DABP in PCD solution (1% (w/w), pH 7.4). In addition, inclusion complex of PβCD and naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA, an acidic aromatic compound) (NAA-PβCD) was prepared in PβCD solution (1% (w/w), pH 5.0). And then, monoolein (MO) cubic phase containing DABP-PβCD and NAA-PβCD was prepared by a melt-hydration method. The release of FITCdextran from the cubic phase was somewhat suppressed at neutral condition, possibly due to an extensive complexation between DABP-PβCD and NAA-PβCD in the water channels of the cubic phase. © 2012 American Scientific Publishers.
