초록
Aims : This study was to loot at self-discrepancy in female victims of sexual violence. Methods : This study utilized the Korean version of Self-Discrepancy Scale (K-SDS). The subjects for this study were 39 female victims of sexual violence in C Violence Relief Center. Results : Cronbach's alpha was 0.91. The Pearson correlation coefficient for construct validity showed very strong level correlation and statistically significant between physical appearance and accepting life as it comes (p=0.70, p<0.01), between relationship with others and being able to socialize with friends (p=0.73, p<0.01), dealing with with my emotions and feelings (p=0.72, p<0.01). and between involvement in community or religious activities and being able to socialize with friends (p=0.70, p<0.01). The K-SDS score of a group feeling very insecurity was significantly higher than the others (F=4.21, p=0.018). Conclusion : The K=SDS would be a reliable method for the measurement of self-discrepancy in female victims of sexual violence. The research tool would be used for assessements and the intervention of victims of sexual violence.
