개발이익부담금의 중복성에 관한 연구

초록

1. CONTENTS(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVESDuplicated imposition of Charge for Development Gain reduces reliability of Government's policy, harms fairness of the Restitution of Development Gain System and is against the Article 23 'Regulations on the Property Right' which protects people's property right and the Article 11 'Principle of Equality' of the Constitution of Republic of Korea. This study analyzes the objective, subject, time of imposition and calculation standard of the charge to verify the duplication.
