초록

The government has started to propel the foreign exchange liberalization and the capital liberalization which raise the efficiency of domestic economy positively. Therefore the government introduced Market Average Exchange Rate System that is decided by the supply and demand of the foreign exchange market in March 1990, opened partially domestic stock market in January and September 1992 and reorganized exceptional regulationPositive system to Exceptional permissionNegative system about current transaction. The government recognized a foreign currency transaction of a non-resident in October 1993, announced the foreign exchange system reform plan in December 1994, permitted a foreign deposit and trust grant in February 1995, and it introduced the report system about current transaction.
