초록
The effects of Pr substitution on the structural and the superconducting properties for Pb-based 1201 cuprates with compositions of (Pb<inf>0.5-x</inf>Pr<inf>x</inf>Cd<inf>0.5</inf>)SrLaCuO<inf>z</inf> (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.25) and (Pb<inf>0.45</inf>Pr<inf>0.05</inf>Cd<inf>0.5</inf>)(Sr<inf>1-y</inf>La<inf>1+y</inf>)CuO<inf>z</inf> (0 ≤ y ≤ 0.1) were investigated. It is found that Tc decreases as the Pr-doping content x increases in the (Pb<inf>0.5-x</inf>Pr<inf>x</inf>Cd<inf>0.5</inf>)SrLaCuO<inf>z</inf> samples, whereas Tc of (Pb<inf>0.45</inf>Pr<inf>0.05</inf>Cd<inf>0.5</inf>)(Sr<inf>1-y</inf>La<inf>1+y</inf>)CuO<inf>z</inf> samples increases as the La-doping content y increases. The experimental results were discussed in connection with the change in hole concentration of the samples. © 2015 Korea Institute of Applied Superconductivity and Cryogenics. All rights reserved.
