대학생들의 여가활동유형, 여가인식 및 여가만족에 대한 연구

초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate leisure activities, leisure recognition and leisure satisfaction in university students. We used questionnaire as the research tool in this study. Subjects of this study were 493 students who sampled by convenience sampling method from university in Gangwon province. It was used SPSS 12.0 statistic program for analyzing data. The results were as follows ; First, the leisure activities which university students were participating as a whole was appeared to an appreciation and observation activity. Second, it was appeared that university students recognized leisure as active viewpoint. Third, university students participated generally in the leisure activity experienced a stress degrade through the leisure activity involvement. They experienced leisure satisfaction.
