초록

The purpose of this research was to examine weight, obesity, the blood lipid profiles and the leptin concentrations of the rats before and after the research which has the growing male rats do both the same quantity(1000m) of low(20m/min) and high(28m/min) intensity of treadmill for 8 weeks. Following are the results of the research.1. Regular aerobic exercise of 8 weeks have a meaningful influence on weight loss and leptin concentrations but the different intensity of the exercise seemed to have no significant differences. 2. Though we didn't induce the obesity through diet, regular aerobic exercise of 8 weeks decrease the fat content and the T. M. index, and the high intensity groups has less T. M. index and the fat content than the low intensity groups. 3. Regular aerobic exercise of 8 weeks have a meaningful decrease of TC, TG, LDL-C and meaningful increase of HDL-C and the high intensity groups has more meaningful influence than the low intensity groups. Looking at the results, regular exercise prevent the obesity by decrease the weight, cholesterol and the leptin concentrations and it is suggested that the change of life style through exercise is very important.
