체조 철봉 Winkler 기술동작의 운동학적 분석

초록

The subject of this study was attempted to kinematical characteristics of the Winkler performance at the horizontal bar in men's apparatus gymnastics. The subjects were only one who can performed Winkler. Then it was analyzed using Kwon3D(Visol Korea) 3.0 program. As a result, the first motion wasn't got unfolded the body. It occured weak point that caught the bar narrowly because air rotation and twist distances was not enough. so caught the bar with lower position than horizontal bar. The second motion, it was central to up and down, the body was got unfolded and trunk rotation and twist was good performed. Downswing phase, center of mass was located high position and nearly horizontal bar. so it could safety re-grape. To have a successful Winkler performance, it must be bigger and faster at downward using the centrifugal force and the rotating must be faster at the highest point of the upward and in the air to catch the bar for prepare for next performance.
